We do not offers return or exchange after 30 days from the invoice date. If product becomes defective within the first 30 days of the invoice date, you may return it for an exchange only. All non-defective returns are subject to minimum 25% restocking fee, shipping & handeling is Non-Refundable. Please contact us prior to your return. After the RMA number is issued, they are only good for 7 days from the day of issue. Defective items may be returned for a same item exchange only. In order to receive credit for your return, your purchase must be returned with shipping prepaid. All items must be is "as-new" condition, in original packaging.
** SHIPPING POLICY ** Item less than 1 pound will be ship by USPS. Item over 2 pound, will be ship by UPS. Please note that UPS do not ship to PO BOX. There will be no EXPRESS SHIPPING or INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING for item that is over 3 pounds. For examples, Seat Covers, Floor Mats and Steering Wheel Covers. Thanks.
